1. Provider and scope
Anvoria Refract™ is offered by Steven Sabet, Holochergasse 38/10, 1150 Vienna, Austria, as a sole proprietor. Steven Sabet is a qualified life and social counsellor (Dipl. Lebens- und Sozialberater) with an active trade licence in Austria. You can reach us at info@steven-sabet.eu. Further provider information is in the Legal notice & privacy.
These terms apply to purchasers of individual packages, gift recipients and personally invited participants in individual or professional packages (B2B). The purchaser is the person who orders a package. The participant is the person who activates the access code in their account and uses the package. Purchase and payment rules apply to the purchaser; participation and use rules apply to the participant. Activating a gift does not create a payment obligation for the recipient.
The services you receive depend on your package and, for invitations, the invitation or individual agreement. Individually agreed terms take precedence over these terms. Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.
2. Service and eligibility
Anvoria Refract is for adults. It supports personal reflection and interpretation. It is not a medical diagnosis and does not provide psychotherapy or medical treatment. We do not owe a particular personal, professional or health outcome.
An individual package purchased through the website includes one assessment, Steven Sabet’s personal review, a digital report released after that review and an online debrief. The debrief is 30 minutes for Meta, 30 minutes for Growth and 60 minutes for Meta-Growth. For personal invitations, the service, including any conversation and its duration, depends on the invitation or individual agreement. B2B packages are available by invitation only.
After you submit your complete assessment, Steven Sabet normally reviews your results and releases the report within three working days. This describes the usual process and is not a guaranteed maximum period. Your report is available after the personal review and release.
3. Prices and packages
The one-off total prices shown on the order page apply to an online purchase of an individual package:
- Meta: €79 including a 30-minute online debrief.
- Growth: €89 including a 30-minute online debrief.
- Meta-Growth: €139 including a 60-minute online debrief.
There is no subscription. The package, currency and total price shown immediately before the order requiring payment apply. Legally required tax information is given in the order information and on the relevant receipt. These online prices do not automatically apply to B2B agreements. Professional packages are billed outside the app under the individual agreement.
4. Order, contract and payment
For an online purchase, you can check your details and order summary and correct input errors before submitting an order. By selecting the clearly labelled button, you make a binding offer. The contract is concluded with our contract confirmation. A message that payment has not yet been confirmed is not a contract confirmation.
Payments on this website are processed through Stripe. Once payment is confirmed, you receive an access code for your purchased package. You receive the contract and service information in a form you can save. Returning from the payment page alone does not confirm that the purchase was successful.
If you buy the package for yourself, you activate the access code in your own account. For a gift, you receive a code that has not yet been activated and pass it on to the recipient yourself. The purchaser receives the order and invoice information. Within the participant area, assessment responses, reports and debrief access are available only through the account in which the code was activated.
5. Access, assessment and report
The access code entitles you to one assessment of the relevant package. It is assigned to your participant account when activated. Once submitted, an assessment cannot be reopened. Steven Sabet reviews your report personally. Your submitted responses remain unchanged during that review.
Prompt access to a code, activation or starting an assessment is not a blanket waiver of statutory rights. In particular, an existing right to cancel the contract under section 9 remains unaffected.
Your released results and PDF report remain accessible in your participant account for 18 calendar months from the first personal release of the report for that package. A later correction or revised report does not restart this period. Online access to that package’s results and report ends when the period expires.
After the access period ends, we review which personal assessment data and reports are still needed. We erase data that are no longer needed without unnecessary delay. For outstanding services, specific legal claims or statutory retention duties, we retain only the data that are still required. Data for other active packages and records subject to statutory retention are handled separately. Your statutory data-protection rights apply independently of the access period.
6. Online debrief and booking period
Once your report has been released, you can book the debrief included in your purchased package. The booking period is six calendar months from activation of the purchased code. An appointment booked within that period may take place after the period ends. This six-month booking period does not apply to personal individual or B2B invitations. Whether a conversation is included and how it is arranged depend on the invitation or individual agreement. A replacement code for a purchase does not change its terms.
Appointments offered online can be booked from 72 hours up to 60 days in advance. You can cancel or reschedule an appointment up to and including 24 hours before it starts. Statutory rights, including a valid exercise of your right to cancel the contract under section 9, take precedence over this appointment rule.
If Steven Sabet cancels the appointment, suitable appointments are unavailable or a delay on our side prevents booking, your entitlement remains available. We extend the booking period where needed. A change of appointment alone does not create a right to a refund. Statutory rights remain unaffected.
Please cancel or reschedule your appointment in time. If you cancel less than 24 hours before it starts or do not attend, your entitlement to that conversation lapses. Statutory rights and exceptions required by law take precedence over this rule. We do not charge an additional fee for this.
7. Your responsibilities
Keep your account and access details confidential and use the access only for yourself. Do not share your access code or account with anyone else. A gift purchaser may pass the unactivated code to the recipient.
You are responsible for the technical requirements for an online debrief, including suitable internet access and a private environment. Do not use the service for acute medical or mental-health emergencies. In an immediate dangerous situation, contact your local emergency or crisis service.
8. Statutory rights, defects and refunds
Your statutory rights in the event of a service issue remain unaffected. We consider complaints and provide the remedy required by law. A refund may be due where required by law or individually agreed. There is no additional voluntary money-back or satisfaction guarantee.
A refund or payment dispute does not delete an account automatically. Likewise, deleting an account does not by itself end a contract, entitlement or statutory right. We tell you the specific effect on any outstanding service.
9. Right to cancel the contract
Information about your right to cancel
If you are a consumer and conclude a distance contract with us, you have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.

Effects of cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day we receive notice of your cancellation. We use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction unless we expressly agree otherwise with you. You do not incur fees as a result of the reimbursement.

10. Privacy and account deletion
Information about personal-data processing is in the Legal notice & privacy. In your profile under “Data and requests”, you can submit a deletion request. Alternatively, write to info@steven-sabet.eu. Account deletion is not cancellation of the contract, a refund or a waiver of statutory rights. We handle invoices and other data that we must retain by law separately.
11. Applicable law
Austrian law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country of your habitual residence remain unaffected. We do not agree exclusive jurisdiction for consumers.
12. Changes to these terms
The version shown when the contract is concluded and recorded in the contract confirmation applies to your contract. Changes apply only to later contracts unless another legally permitted basis applies.
